Essential Amino Acids (EAAs)
As the body cannot produce EAAs, they must be obtained through diet. The nine essential amino acids—lysine, phenylalanine, threonine, histidine, methionine, tryptophan, and the BCAAs leucine, isoleucine, and valine—are vital for processes such as muscle building, energy production, immune function, and nutrient absorption.
While these amino acids are commonly found in foods like meat, eggs, poultry, soy products, and tofu, taking them as a supplement during workouts ensures quicker availability to the body, aiding in nutrient timing.
Each serving of EAA Electrolyte contains 4.72g of EAAs, scientifically proportioned to meet approximately 60–65% of the daily recommended intake, depending on body weight.
Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)
BCAAs—leucine, isoleucine, and valine—are a subset of EAAs that are particularly important for muscle growth and recovery.
